We stopped off in a state park in northern Arkansas to try to find a spot we saw on a postcard during our first trek through the state. We found a pretty nice little swimming hole and got a chance to do some fishing. We have collectively come to the conclusion that there is a nationwide epidemic this summer where no one can catch fish. There is no other explanation as to why we've had four rods for these past two months and haven't caught one thing edible. It can't be that we're just bad at fishing, can it?
